Frequently Asked Questions
Q. Can we come see the band?
Unfortunately we don’t encourage this. First, these are private functions and we respectfully would not invite prospective clients to be in attendance. Second, every party is different and musical selections are tailored to accommodate your needs. You may show up at a point where the band is playing music that you’re not interested in. Each situation is unique to each client.
Q. So how can we trust that we are getting what we want?
That is the purpose of the website and video. We are performing live on the video. You can view the video clips here or request a full length DVD. There are also audio snippets. No matter what the format, these musicians will be playing the music you request. What you hear is what you will get.
Q. What is the size of the band?
In our video, the size of the band is ten pieces. We can make the band smaller or larger depending on your needs.
Q. We are having a cocktail party and would like something appropriate for listening/background. What do you offer?
We have many talented musicians that work for Paul Errico Entertainment and offer a variety of music combinations that can be perfect for your event. This can include a single piano or guitar player, jazz trio or a small 4 piece band that can play a variety of acoustic selections. Whether you want a traditional sound or something cool, the combinations & styles are infinite.
Q. I’m concerned about Volume.
We understand and respect this. Some people want to pump up the volume and dance while others want to talk. We always try to manage the situation so that everyone is satisfied.
Q. How do I know I’m choosing the right band? What sets you apart?
Let’s face it. Most bands and orchestras essentially play the same music. Most have good vocalists and musicians. What makes the difference is how they get along with you, the client. Also key is how well your event is run. “Behind the scenes”our bandleader is working with your event manager or party planner to run a seamless event. We understand you want to feel confident and comfortable dealing with people during the entire process of your special event.
Q. I don’t see certain songs that I want on your song list. Do you take requests?
The song list is really there to showcase the various styles of music that the band can play. We try to stay on top of trends to include current hits or the most requested songs. And yes, we do take requests and will take the time to learn certain songs if we don’t already know them. We will try our absolute best to accommodate you.
Q. Do you travel out of town?
We most certainly do!
